To inform AgordiaMD about some incorrect information follow below steps:

  1. Launch AgordiaMD & login into the app.
  2. From tab bar open Physician Search.
  3. Search for a physician who has not yet claimed a store.
  4. On the search results tap to look for a FLAG icon shown on the card
  5. Tap on the FLAG icon, there will be confirmation dialog.
  6. Select “Yes”.
