To raise a customer support ticket, follow below steps in AgordiaMD app:
- Launch AgordiaMD & login into the app.
- Open side menu by tapping on the hamburger icon on performing the right swipe gesture on the home screen.
- Tap on “Customer Support” or “Report a problem”.
- A form appears with pre-filled name and email-id, tap on Next.
- A description box appears, write the feedback or query here & tap on Submit button.
