To raise a customer support ticket, follow below steps in AgordiaMD app:

  1. Launch AgordiaMD & login into the app.
  2. Open side menu by tapping on the hamburger icon on performing the right swipe gesture on the home screen.
  3. Tap on “Customer Support” or “Report a problem”.
  4. A form appears with pre-filled name and email-id, tap on Next.
  5. A description box appears, write the feedback or query here & tap on Submit button.
