To write commendation in AgordiaMD follow below steps:

  1. Launch AgordiaMD app.
  2. Open Physician Search module & search for physician to whom you want to give commendations.
  3. In the search results, a TPV(third-person view) card is shown.
  4. If the user has no commendation then it will show “No commendations yet”   
  5. If the user has some existing commendation there should be carousel shown at the bottom part of the card.
  6. Tap on commendation's more option icon .
  7. It should bring a pop-up, choose “Write Commendation”.
  8. There should a text area show, where we can write up to 140 characters.
  9. Tap on “Done” button.
  10. There should be confirmation dialog, select “Yes”.

Note: 

  • From Roster screen if we tap on physician name & follow above steps then too, we can give commendation.
  • To write commendation user should be at least BLUE subscribed.
  • Once commendation is given it cannot be reverted back.
