Please follow below steps:

1. User can resend the passcode with the help of “Resend” button on Two Factor Authentication screen

2. Even if user does not receive authentication passcode then user can send customer support ticket through “Contact Us” option from login screen


Note - User can face Two Factor Authentication screen in following cases:

1. Email Validation - White creating new account user will face email validation screen. 

2. Phone Validation - When user tries to login with same credentials on another device then user will face Phone Validation screen. 

3. Two Factor Authentication screen - When the user signs in from a new device and AgordiaMD want to validate that user accessing the account by using whichever mechanism they prefer (email default).

4. Forgot Passcode - Requires a passcode validation to ensure that the user is one that has established previously that they have access to email/phone that identifies their ownership
