To do sign up process in AgordiaMD, please follow below steps:
1. Launch the AgordiaMD application
2. Go to login screen
3. Tap on “Claim Store” button
4. Tap on “Go Here” button on “Sign Up:”NPI Identification” screen
5. Enter First Name, Last Name, Formal Specialty on “Sign Up: Contact Information” screen
6. Check the checkbox for “I accept AgordiaMD’s Copyright policy, Terms and Conditions, and Privacy Policy
7. Tap on Next button
8. App displays Physician Search Results matching with entered NPI
9. Tap on “Claim This Store” button
10. Enter Personal Email, Password, Mobile Phone Number on “Sign up: Account Creation” screen
11. Tap on Next button
12. Enter passcode received on entered email address on Email Validation screen
13. Tap on Next button
14. User is navigated to home screen
