Can I upload Storefront images on the Billboard?
No, as of now custom images cannot be uploaded on AgordiaMD.
Why paywall screen is displayed when tapped on Endorsement attributes or commendation from home screen?
If the user is not yet subscribed then tapping on the Endorsement attributes or any commendation will redirect to paywall screen.
Paywall screen will not be displayed for Red/Blue/Gold subscribed users.
What is Invite & why it showed on Storefront/Home screen?
When you add a new user(who is not yet on the app) to your Roster, then on StoreFront screen that user is visible with an Invite tag so that we can send an invitation to that user for joining the app.
Also, there will be some colleagues which we will recommend for you with the help of your linked connections.
What is Nudge, why is that shown in StoreFront/ Home screen?
Nudge is a reminder; once you have an invited a user & that user has not yet joined the app then, there will Nudge shown for that user.
Once you have sent Nudge request to any colleague, then that colleague will not be displayed for the next 3 days on your home screen.
What does the counter of Endorsement, Commendation & Roster shown below the billboard image indicate?
The details are as follows:
- Endorsement count indicates how many users have endorsed you.
- Commendation count shows the total number of commendation received.
- Rosters count indicate, how many users have added your name into their Roster
Can I hide Endorsements?
No, you cannot hide the Endorsements on AgordiaMD.
Can I hide the commendations?
Yes, we can hide Commendation. With the help of "Manage Commendation" option form home screen, the user can toggle on/off for received commendation. To do this, you will need Blue/Gold subscription. Red/Black subscribed user cannot manage their commendations.
Can I access details of endorsement if I don't have any subscription?
No, you need Red/Blue/Gold subscription to see details of endorsements.
Can I access Commendation manager without Subscription?
No, you need Blue/Gold subscription to see details of commendations.
Can I see the endorsement details from Storefront/ Home screen?
Yes, tapping on the Endorsement attribute should show you the Endorsement details. You can see who has given endorsement and storefront of that physician by tapping on that physician name.
How to see the complete list of endorsements attributes?
Yes. It's simple. You can traversed to & from in the horizontal direction on Storefront /Home screen.
Can commendation list be scrolled on Storefront/home screen?
Yes. You can traversed to & fro in the horizontal direction on Storefront /Home screen.
Is there any help menu provided in AgordiaMD?
Yes. We have help toll-tips for each screen through which you can get information about fields.
Can I switch to another module when Storefront is opened?
Yes. With the help of the bottom tab bar, you can switch to other screens of AgordiaMD. Icon of that module/screen is highlighted.
