From where I can get application version?

Yes. The user can see the app version in the Settings module. You can see the Settings module in the side menu.  


Will my application get locked on attempting multiple invalid logins?

No, your account won't get locked after multiple invalid attempts. 


Why does my app automatically gets locked on communicator?

As per HIPAA guidelines to avoid misuse of the PHI, after 6 mins of inactivity, the app will ask for PIN Login only on the communicator screen.


Why I get logged out automatically in case of any inactivity for a long time?

To stay secured & protected, one of the features of AgordiaMD is Its a "Global time out" i.e., the app will log you out after 10 days of inactivity.


Can I change my email address once I have verified, claimed and completed the email validation process?

No. Once the user has completed email validation's process, and the user has verified and claimed his identity then the user can not change its email id. 


Can I raise customer support ticket in AgordiaMD?

Yes. You can always ask for help if you stuck anywhere while using AgordiaMD. We are always there to help you out. You can raise a customer support ticket by using AgordiaMD's "Report a problem" or "Customer Support" module from the Settings menu(Side menu).

Also, the user can raise a ticket from the login screen by using the "Contact Us" option. 


Can I use use AgordiaMD in landscape mode?

No. Right now AgordiaMD does not support landscape mode.


Can I log in on two different devices with the same credentials?

Yes. The same user can log in on two different devices with the same credentials. If you log-in on a different device then you have to complete Two Factor Authentication process to validate your identity for security purpose.
