Who can create/initiate chat with any other physicians?
Yes why not. Blue/Gold subscribed user can initiate the chat with any other physicians. But Black and Red subscribed user cannot initiate the chat.
How to initiate the chat with other physicians?
Its very simple. Just open storefront of any physician and tap on "chat" icon to initiate the chat.
Are the incoming messages are free to read?
Definitely. "Reading is always free. What it costs is just your eyes and time" Every verified user can receive messages. A non-verified user cannot.
Is there any notification when a new message is received?
Yes. Push and in-app notifications will be received to you if you are logged in or even when your session is expired. But if you are logged out, then there will be no notifications.
Can I get a push notification when the app is in the background?
Yes. When the app is in the background, then the user will receive push notifications in the case when a new message arrives.
How to re-enable the disabled notifications?
Its very simple. Go to settings and enable notifications toggle for AgordiaMD application.
If the user does not have a subscription, can I receive a message through the communicator?
Yes. The Black and Red subscribed user can receive and read, but you can not reply.
Can I delete my created chat/messages?
"OOPS! You wrote something mistakenly" now want to take your words back. Unfortunately, in AgordiaMD the user cannot delete the created conversation and sent messages. Right now AgordiaMD does not support this feature. Will let you know once it is available.
Can I edit my sent messages?

Does communicator encrypts my messages? Is it HIPAA compliant?
Yes. AgordiaMD has integrated end to end encryption technology for Communicator module and yes its HIPAA Compliant too. Your privacy is very important for us so you can always on rely on AgordiaMD.
Can I discuss any PHI through communicator?
Yes. Communicator is especially for that. It's a very safe and secure platform for physicians to discuss PHI.
Can I attach images/files in communicator to send to physicians?
No. Right now this feature is not available in the communicator.
Can I read existing messages if I have removed subscriptions manually / If I unsubscribe from Gold/Blue/Red storefront?
Yes. You can read and receive all messages even if you have removed subscriptions or unsubscribed from any of the available storefronts.
Can I see any new message indicator when a new message is received?
Yes. The user can see a Blue colored dot in front of conversation on communicator landing screen.
On the Communicator icon in tab bar, a Red colored dot is also visible for indication unread messages.
Can I initiate chat through the communicator module directly?
No. The user cannot create/initiate chat through the communicator module. The user can create chat only from the physician storefront with the help of the chat icon.
Can the user send a message to physicians who are not subscribed?
Yes. Blue/Gold Subscribed user can send a message to a physician who is not subscribed.
A sender with Black subscription and RED subscription cannot send the messages.
Can I navigate to chat window from the tap of Push Notification?
Yes. If the user is not on communicator screen and receives any new message then on tapping the Push Notification redirects the user to the chat window.
Can I see badge count for AgordiaMD application when the application is in the background?
Yes. Badge count will be displayed for AgordiaMD app if the application is in the background.
Can I receive push Notification when the user is logged out?
No. If the user is logged out, then the user will not receive any new message/Push notifications or the badge count
Can I take backup of my chat?
Storing your data is always good. Unfortunately, as of now, AgordiaMD doesn't allow you to take backup of secure chat.
