Its always good to write good things about someone. In AgordiaMD, you can give commendation to any physician but for that, you need to purchase to Blue/Gold subscription. Commendations gonna help a lot to everyone to find a perfect physician.
Can I save my written commendation as a Draft?
No. Having this feature would be great. But unfortunately, as of now, this feature is not available in AgordiaMD.
What to do if I want to delete posted commendations?
As in real life, spoken words cannot be taken back; the same applies to AgordiaMD's commendation module. Posted commendation cannot be deleted.
How to update already posted commendations?
Just as an adult cannot modify its own height, in the same way as of now AgordiaMD's commendation cannot be modified once posted.
What to do if I want to hide commendations from my own store?
Ohh Yes. Of course. It's one of the best features of AgordiaMD. The store owner can hide commendations from the home screen with the help of "Manage commendation" menu.
How can I hide the commendations that I have given to other physicians?
No. The user can not hide the commendations that are posted once to other physicians store. It's just like once you reach heaven you cannot come back.
Where I can see all the commendations which I have received?
Its visible on your home screen once you log in. Even you can see the name of the physician who has given commendations to you.
Can I give commendation to another user If I am Red subscribed?
No. The red subscribed user can see commendations but cannot give commendation. To give commendations, you need to subscribe to Blue/Gold subscription.
Can I see the name of the physician who has given commendations?
Yes. Red/Blue/Gold subscribed user can see a list of physicians who have given commendations.
Will I receive any notification if I receive any new commendations?
No. The user will not be notified on receiving new commendations.
Can user post unlimited commendations for same physician?
Yes. You can. Unlimited is just a word. AgordiaMD is beyond that. The user can post umpteen of commendations.
What to do if I want to see details of the physician who has given commendation to me?
On tap of physician name from home screen, the user can see details of a physician who has given commendations. But you need to purchase Blue/Red/Gold subscription to see details of any physician.
