How to create a profile in AgordiaMD with valid NPI?

How to create a profile in AgordiaMD without NPI?
Don't worry. Even if you don't have NPI you are still able to complete the sign-up process of AgordiaMD. Initiate the Sign-up process with the help of "Go Here' button from "Sign up-NPI Identification" screen.
I have forgotten my password. How should I proceed?
Don't strain your brain to remember the password. We are always there to help you out. AgordiaMD also has the feature of "Forgot password", use this feature and reset your password to enjoy the app. This feature is available on "sign in" screen labeled as "Having trouble signing in?"
How I can reset my password in application after logging in?
Yes. You can also change or reset your password when you are logged in. Please use the “Change password” feature available in "settings option of Hamburger/side menu".
How to skip entering email again and again?
Its an interesting question, Yes. AgordiaMD has “Remember my email” option available on the login screen. Just tap on the checkbox once after entering credentials and login into the app. Then next time you will see pre-filled email on the login screen.
Don't you get tired by filling up the credentials again & again?
We are here to help you to get rid of typing the credentials again and again. AgordiaMD also supports Touch ID from iPhone 5S, SE to iPhone 8 plus. You can use your saved credentials from your iCloud KeyChain.
Does AgordiaMD supports Face ID?
Why not? If you have iPhone X series then AgordiaMD also supports Face ID feature. have a hassle-free login just by setting up your face ID and get rid of typing email and password again and again.
Can I login without completing the sign-up process.
OH! Sorry, but by skipping the sign-up process you won't be able to create your account with AgordiaMD, thus not allowing to login into the app.
Does AgordiaMD have terms & conditions / privacy policies ?
It’s a very important question!, the user can see policies on “Claim store - Sign Up-NPI Identification” screen.
Can I stop my sign up process in between?
Of course, "it is only aging that cannot be stopped”
AgordiaMD allows the user to cancel sign up the process in between with the help of the “Cancel” button shown on the Sign-up screen.
Can all entered data for sign up is saved if the user cancels the process in between?
Unfortunately not. AgordiaMD will not save your data while signing up if left incomplete. A user has to repeat the process again and has to complete the whole process again in one go.
What happens if I skip Two Factor Authentication Email Validation process while sign up?
Ohhhh. We are sorry to say this but we are afraid that if you fail to do this mandatory process, you won't be able to proceed further. It's a simple one time process to protect your identity.
Do I need to complete Two Factor Authentication process once again if I log in on another device with the same credentials?
Yes. Because its gonna protect you from scams and identity theft. This is AgordiaMD’s feature to validate that the same user is accessing the account on another device to protect and ensure your identity and to maintain account integrity.
Are you facing any trouble in receiving passcode on email/phone?
User can click on “Resend”. If still user is facing the problem then please raise a customer support ticket in AgordiaMD application by using the “Contact us” link from the login screen
Can a fraudster claim an authentic account?
Hey don't worry! Your storefront is secured. If You have already claimed your store then no fraudster will be able to claim your storefront.
But yes. If you have not claimed yet then it's possible that somebody else might claim your storefront. Again AgordiMD will be there to assist you to get your own storefront.
What to do If I cannot access Guest View link?
Please raise a Customer Support ticket to AgordiaMD by using the “Contact Us” link from login screen of the application.
Can I share guest View link with other users?
No. It's not advisable. A guest View link is a dynamic link and it is unique.
Is ID Verification process mandatory?
Yes. The user needs to verify their identity then only claimed store will be of that user only. If User does not complete the ID Verification process then the same store can be claimed any another user.
If I failed in IDV test then how can I proceed in the application?
You can raise a customer support ticket through “customer support/ report a problem” module.
Can I re-prepare & take the IDV test?
“Opportunity only knocks once grab it or you'll lose it” this applies in AgordiaMD too, you can give IDV only once. Sorry about that.
Do I get to access all modules of application if I don’t complete ID Verification process?
“Before the reward, there must be labor. You plant before you harvest. “
This applies for AgordiaMD too. The user can see store information, can change the password, see policies, can see commendations and endorsements on the home screen but the user cannot access Physician search, Roster, Communicator modules. You need to take & clear the IDV test.

Is AgordiaMD an offline app?
No. Unfortunately, you cannot access AgordiaMD application in the absence of the Internet. AgordiaMD will display “No internet available” screen.
What is the separation process from AgordiaMD?
We hate having to say goodbye to you. As of now, the user cannot delete its own account from AgordiaMD, but we let you know once it is available.
What happens if I use same email ID for login with two different accounts?
It’s a good question, but the answer is No. Your email ID is unique just like you. The user can use only one email per account. AgordiaMD will display an alert message saying “this account is already registered with us” while claiming a new store with existing email id.
